Tribunal Says 9 Hours Commute is Reasonable

The Tribunal (which supports the Trustee) suggested Zed could move from his Mum's house to his place in Port Macquarie and make his daily care visits to his Mum's ACF from there. That would be 9 hours commuting daily (if he had a car, which he does not).

Therefore, according to the presiding Tribunal Member, it should be no problem selling his Mum's house which is in a location giving him easy access to visit and care for his Mum.

The purveyor of this callous irresponsible assessment was Suzanne Leal, Senior Member at NCAT, and a published author... of fiction, with her most recent work titled "The Deceptions" (I kid you not).
