Australian Public Trustee and Guardian Injustices Exposed is an umbrella organisation uniting the various state based groups which in turn guide their members through the legal maze of their particular jursidiction and provide community support for the many traumatised victims. We strictly specialise in this area, avoiding side issues.

Who are we?
Our media team liases with journalists to help them research individual stories and the applicable laws. Some of the stories are told on this web site where an archive of media reports are maintained also.
Our long term goal is for reform and oversight of Public Trustees and Guardians who currently have free reign to do as they please unless the victims or their families launch a legal challenge.
Such reforms have recently been promised by the governments of Queensland and Tasmania but we have seen such promises amount to nothing in the past and will be maintaining pressure to ensure there is follow-through this time.
Ultimately we believe a federal system would be far superior to the current unaccountable and often corrupt individual state systems which currently splinter activist efforts.
