A Public Trustee's client had a life threatening brain bleed. so her daugter Rosslyn wrote to ask if they would allocate some of funds for an interstate aiirfare for what could be one last time. IT was flatly declined. This is despite Rosslyn being her Guardian. Because she cannot afford the (NWS-Tasmania) airfare from her own pocket there is a real risk that her Mum's dying wish, to see her only offspring, will remain unfulfilled.
